We take our clients from start to finish with each event, planning every detail, managing their budget, orchestrating the best team of vendors and handling all logistics. We conceptualize and implement creative ideas to design an experience for each client that is custom and memorable.

The minute you hire us, we begin working for you and collaborating with you to design the perfect event for your budget. Communicating through face to face meetings, electronically, via Skype or conference calls and even through text messaging and phone conversations – we keep you in the loop at all times.
We adapt to and customize the planning process for the unique needs of each client. We provide timelines and itineraries, handle set up and strike schedules, manage a budget spreadsheet, and design inspiration boards for visuals with floor plans and diagrams. The process is fun and exciting and you will know you are going to love the event before it ever takes place!
